Shipping/Doa Policy

$101-$250      Rate: $45

$251-$350     Rate: $40

$351-$450     Rate: $30

$451-$498     Rate: $20

$499+            Rate: FREE

Colorado In-State Rate: $25

*Please Note that we can ship through any carrier if you prefer, just reach out and let us know. 

  • We ship Mondays through Wednesdays, and will contact the you to schedule a shipping date. We don't ship anything unannounced or unscheduled. You will receive a tracking number via email the evening before your shipment arrival.

  • We only ship to the continental 48 states in the US.  I cannot ship internationally, nor can I ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc. 

  • All shipments are shipped using UPS next day air.  Most shipments will arrive on or before 10:30 am.  Some rural areas have a delivery commitment time of 12:30 or as late as 4:30 pm, please email us if you have any questions.  Next day air shipments are not “guaranteed” to arrive on time.  No refunds or credits will be given for shipping under any circumstances. A signature is NOT required. Must accept delivery on FIRST attempt or guarantee is void.

  • If the destination or UPS hubs are lower than 15-20°F or if it is that cold here in Colorado, I may need to delay/reschedule shipping. I will contact you if this occurs. There is a point where it can be too cold to send coral where heat packs can not keep up.

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged/dead (DOA) coral, pictures of the specimen still sealed in our bag must be emailed to within 2 hours of the FIRST attempt of delivery. 3hrs if held for pick-up at a UPS Ship Center.  If you are unsure send a picture anyway.

  • Please allow us adequate time to evaluate the situation. Store credit minus shipping charges will be issued upon acceptance of the DOA claim. We don't do refunds only store credit to be used on a future purchase.

  • Any “Freebie” Frags are excluded from the DOA.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you have moved since you have made an account please update your address, we don't control this. You are responsible for providing your correct address.

  • Please note we do not ship right before and during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and July 4th). The risk to live coral shipments is simply too high, due to the increases in overnight shipping at these times. We do not ship the week before Christmas, or the span from Christmas to New Years’s Day.

  • If you wish to do local pickup, just get in contact with me. We can then schedule a time for you to pick up your coral order. We ONLY do door pickup due to Covid-19 at this time. I'm Located in Severance, CO.

  • By purchasing my coral you are agreeing to the terms of this DOA policy.
